Description of Service
Our audits, aligned with the standards set by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), provide actionable insights to enhance energy performance, reduce operational costs, and meet financing and regulatory requirements.
We conduct all three levels of ASHRAE audits:
Level 1 – Walk-Through Analysis:
A preliminary energy assessment that identifies glaring energy inefficiencies through site inspections, utility bill analysis, and brief interviews with facility personnel. It provides a broad overview of energy-saving opportunities.
Level 2 – Energy Survey and Analysis:
A detailed energy assessment that dives deeper into building systems and operations. It includes a comprehensive energy usage analysis, identification of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), preliminary financial analysis, and recommendations for implementation.
Level 3 – Investment-Grade Audit (IGA):
A rigorous and highly detailed analysis, intended to support major capital investments. It involves intensive data collection, detailed modeling, and a thorough financial evaluation of ECMs to provide precise projections of savings and payback periods.
