Incentives & Rebates Procurement

Incentives & Rebates
With the right expertise, your project could qualify for thousands, or even hundreds of thousands, of dollars in utility incentives. These programs make energy efficiency upgrades, and electrification efforts significantly more affordable.
Our team manages the full incentive procurement on your behalf, allowing you to focus on the benefits, lower costs, and faster paybacks.
We work directly with a wide range of trusted utility and state programs, including:
- Con Edison Small Biz Program (formerly SMB Program)
- Con Edison Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (MFEEP)
- Con Edison Clean Heat Program
- Con Edison Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Incentives
- New Jersey Clean Energy Program (NJCEP)
- NYSERDA – PONs
- EV Charging Station Rebates
Our Incentive Procurement Process
- Project Assessment:
We evaluate your project scope to identify eligible upgrades and applicable utility programs. - Incentive Procurement:
Our team prepares and submits all necessary applications and documentation to the appropriate utility or agency, ensuring compliance with program guidelines. - Pre-Inspection and Technical Review: The utility program conducts a pre-installation inspection and technical review to verify project eligibility. We coordinate closely with program representatives to streamline the approval process.
- Installation and Verification:
Once approved, qualified contractors complete the energy upgrades. A post-installation inspection may be performed to confirm that all measures were installed as specified. - Incentive Payment:
Once verification is complete, the cash incentive or rebate is issued, directly reducing your project’s upfront or final costs.
